Deputy Director Operations and Nursing
We treat patients who are suffering from serious illness or injury that could lead to severe complications if medical treatment is not received quickly. We strive to ensure all patients receive timely, high-quality care and receive prompt, upfront assessment by the most senior doctor available to minimise the time spent waiting.
As Deputy Director of Operations and Nursing, you will be a nurse with operational responsibility for the effective delivery of services within the Emergency and Acute Medicine program. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage a component of the program’s activities and works with the Program leadership team to ensure that the program consistently delivers high quality, cost-effective services for its patients and supports managers to deliver on the unit and ward plans.

Works with the Program leadership team to ensure key financial and quality performance targets are met, plans created and proposed to the program leadership team for recovery where performance is off target.
